Casting & Foundry Hydraulic Cylinders — Die Casting, Sand Casting OEM China

Hengshui Machinery manufactures hydraulic cylinders for the casting and foundry sector: die casting machines, centrifugal casting systems, gravity casting equipment, sand casting shake-out rigs, core blowers, and heat treatment furnace doors. Foundry cylinders are exposed to thermal cycling, metal splash, lubricant mist, and abrasive sand or particulate contamination — all of which accelerate normal cylinder wear if the design is not adapted accordingly.

For die casting machine applications, we supply shot cylinders, toggle clamp cylinders, and ejector cylinders with heat-resistant FKM seals and special rod coating arrangements to handle the high ambient temperatures. For sand casting shake-out and core blowing equipment, heavy-duty multi-lip dust wipers and stainless internal components resist the abrasive environment. All foundry cylinders are hydrostatic pressure tested and issued with full quality documentation.
