The Foundry Double-Rod Positioning Cylinder 50/36-40 50/36-40 is designed for foundry and die-casting machinery, providing precise and reliable actuation for mold clamping, core setting, and part ejection functions. Available with adjustable end cushions and position sensing for integration with PLC control systems. Bore diameter Ø50mm, piston rod diameter Ø36mm, stroke 40mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
