Partnership Models

Exclusive Regional Distributor

The highest tier of our partnership programme. Exclusive Regional Distributors are granted sole distribution rights for Hengshui hydraulic cylinders within a defined geographic territory — for example, a country or multi-country region. No other Hengshui distributor or direct sales channel will compete with you inside your exclusive territory.

In exchange, Exclusive Distributors commit to annual minimum purchase volumes, maintain an agreed level of product stock, provide first-level technical support to end customers, and actively promote the Hengshui brand through agreed marketing activities.

Ideal for: established hydraulic equipment distributors or industrial component importers with existing market presence and sales infrastructure in their territory.

Non-Exclusive Distributor

Non-Exclusive Distributors receive authorised supplier status, access to our full product catalogue at distributor pricing, technical support from our export team, and are listed on our website as an authorised regional contact. There are no minimum annual volume commitments at this tier, though pricing reflects order volumes on a sliding scale.

Ideal for: newer companies, traders building a hydraulic product line, or distributors covering a market already served by an exclusive partner who wishes to supplement their range.

Distributor Requirements

We select distribution partners carefully to protect the value of the Hengshui brand and ensure excellent service to end customers in every market. Applicants should meet the following minimum criteria:
