The Foundry Equipment Hydraulic Cylinder 100/60-1000 100/60-1000 is designed for foundry and die-casting machinery, providing precise and reliable actuation for mold clamping, core setting, and part ejection functions. Available with adjustable end cushions and position sensing for integration with PLC control systems. Bore diameter Ø100mm, piston rod diameter Ø60mm, stroke 1000mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
