Hengshui Machinery's core competency is non-standard custom hydraulic cylinder manufacturing. We manufacture from customer engineering drawings (DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF), physical samples, or interchangeable-replacement specifications — with no minimum order quantity, full NDA protection, and a 24-hour quotation target. Every cylinder is built to your specific bore, stroke, pressure rating, seal compound, mounting style, port configuration, and surface treatment.
Our engineering team provides design support throughout the process: bore sizing and rod diameter verification, pressure vessel wall thickness calculation, seal compound recommendation, rod chrome plating thickness specification, and mounting geometry review. For OEM customers with regular production volumes, we establish dedicated material and component stock programmes to reduce lead times. For new applications, we strongly recommend a prototype phase — our minimum prototype quantity is 1 unit, manufactured on full production tooling and fully representative for testing and validation purposes.
From your engineering drawing
Supply DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, or PDF drawings. We review, confirm feasibility, calculate critical dimensions, and provide quotation within 24 hours. NDA signed before any technical exchange.
From a physical sample
Supply the cylinder you wish to replicate. Our engineers 3D-scan or manually measure all dimensions, reverse-engineer the specification, and produce an identical or improved-specification replacement.
Interchangeable replacement
If you have a cylinder from Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Hydraulics International, SMC Cylinders, or another OEM that needs a like-for-like or upgraded replacement, we manufacture an interchangeable alternative at competitive factory-direct pricing.
Single-piece prototype
We manufacture prototype quantities from 1 unit on full production processes — same materials, same equipment, same quality procedures as series production. Fully representative for your testing and validation programme.
Series production (10–5,000+ units)
Once your prototype is approved, we transition to series production with dedicated stock programmes, call-off schedules, and competitive unit pricing at volume.
OEM private label / white label
We manufacture without any Hengshui markings. Your part number, nameplate data, and packaging can be applied. Full confidentiality — your customers will not know the manufacturing source.
Design assistance service
If you do not have a complete drawing, provide your application requirements (load, speed, stroke, space envelope, fluid, environment) and our engineers will design an appropriate cylinder and produce outline drawings for your approval before manufacturing.
