Designed for industrial OEM applications with premium seal materials, precision-machined components, and surface treatments specified to the operating environment. Bore diameter Ø125mm, piston rod diameter Ø70mm, stroke 722mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard.
