Robust welded or flanged construction, deep-chrome rod plating, and multi-lip seal systems ensure reliable performance in abrasive, dusty field environments. Suitable for integration into excavator arm circuits, loader booms, and construction platform systems. Bore diameter Ø125mm, piston rod diameter Ø70mm, stroke 990mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
