The Crane Hydraulic Cylinder is engineered for demanding lifting and marine applications where reliability and load-holding capacity are critical. Corrosion-resistant surface treatment options include stainless steel rod and marine-grade sealing systems for offshore service. Built to withstand dynamic loading and shock inputs typical of crane and hoist duty cycles. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
