The Offshore Engineering Equipment Cylinder 80/70-80 is engineered for demanding lifting and marine applications where reliability and load-holding capacity are critical. Corrosion-resistant surface treatment options include stainless steel rod and marine-grade sealing systems for offshore service. Built to withstand dynamic loading and shock inputs typical of crane and hoist duty cycles. Bore diameter Ø80mm, piston rod diameter Ø70mm, stroke 80mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
