The Rubber Machinery Sizing Cylinder 110/50/30-100 110/50/30-100 is specifically designed for tire and rubber vulcanizing press applications. High-temperature seal materials and precision bore geometry maintain consistent clamping force throughout extended cure cycles. Available with position sensing provisions and customised port configurations. Bore diameter Ø50mm, piston rod diameter Ø30mm, stroke 100mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
