The Underground Drilling Cylinder 100/80-400B 100/80-400B is engineered for underground mining, rock drilling, and geophysical exploration applications. Compact envelope, high specific force output, and reinforced end mounts accommodate the severe shock loading and space constraints typical of mining machinery. Bore diameter Ø100mm, piston rod diameter Ø80mm, stroke 400mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
