The Hydraulic Demolition Shear Cylinder is a purpose-engineered hydraulic cylinder manufactured by Wuxi Hengshui Machinery Co., Ltd. Designed for industrial OEM applications with premium seal materials, precision-machined components, and surface treatments specified to the operating environment. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
