Hengshui Machinery supplies custom hydraulic cylinders for all categories of crane and lifting equipment: overhead (EOT) cranes, portal cranes, quayside container cranes, ship-mounted cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes, and dock levellers. Crane hydraulic cylinders must combine high load capacity with consistent, leak-free performance — often in outdoor environments exposed to salt spray, humidity, and wide temperature variation.
For marine and offshore crane applications, we offer stainless steel rod (316L) and nickel-plated rod variants with enhanced corrosion protection packages. For high-cycle overhead crane duty, we specify low-friction seal compounds (PU or PTFE composite) and precision-honed bore tubes to minimise seal wear and extend service intervals. OEM manufacturing from customer drawings, samples, or interchangeable-replacement specifications is standard practice.
