Hengshui Machinery manufactures precision hydraulic cylinders for industrial automation: servo-controlled positioning systems, hydraulic clamping and fixture systems, stamping presses, injection moulding machines, transfer and assembly lines, and robotic end-effectors. Automation cylinders demand tighter dimensional tolerances, lower friction, higher positioning accuracy, and greater cycle-life consistency than many other cylinder types.
Our automation cylinders are produced to tighter bore tolerance (H7) and rod tolerance (h6 or g6) than general industrial cylinders, with special low-friction seal configurations (PTFE-backed or coated variants) for smooth servo response and minimal stick-slip. We manufacture precision bore tubes honed to Ra 0.2–0.4 µm, and offer integrated position transducer mounting provisions and magnetic piston options for reed-switch or Hall-effect position sensing.
