Corrosion-resistant surface treatment options include stainless steel rod and marine-grade sealing systems for offshore service. Built to withstand dynamic loading and shock inputs typical of crane and hoist duty cycles. Bore diameter Ø480mm, piston rod diameter Ø360mm, stroke 50mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
