The Rubber Machinery Hydraulic Cylinder is specifically designed for tire and rubber vulcanizing press applications. High-temperature seal materials and precision bore geometry maintain consistent clamping force throughout extended cure cycles. Available with position sensing provisions and customised port configurations. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
