This Metallurgical Double-Acting Two-Stage Cylinder 105/65/90/50-1270 105/65/90/50-1270 is purpose-engineered for the demanding operating conditions of metallurgical processing. Designed to withstand high ambient temperatures, mill scale contamination, and aggressive duty cycles associated with rolling mills, continuous casting lines, and slab handling equipment. Key features include heavy-wall barrel construction, induction-hardened and hard-chrome plated piston rod, and high-temperature seal compounds. Bore diameter Ø90mm, piston rod diameter Ø50mm, stroke 1270mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
