Heat-resistant seals, stainless steel rod options, and specialised surface treatments are available to maintain reliable operation in extreme thermal environments. Bore diameter Ø280mm, piston rod diameter Ø220mm, stroke 2000mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
