The Servo Hydraulic Cylinder 100/56-100 100/56-100 is manufactured for precision industrial automation, machine tool, and test equipment applications where repeatability, low friction, and dynamic response are priorities. Low-friction composite bearing materials and precision-honed bore provide smooth, consistent performance over high-cycle duty schedules. Bore diameter Ø100mm, piston rod diameter Ø56mm, stroke 100mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
