The Vulcanizing Press Pressurizing Cylinder 250/180-330 250/180-330 is specifically designed for tire and rubber vulcanizing press applications. High-temperature seal materials and precision bore geometry maintain consistent clamping force throughout extended cure cycles. Available with position sensing provisions and customised port configurations. Bore diameter Ø250mm, piston rod diameter Ø180mm, stroke 330mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
