The Foundry Ejector Cylinder 160/110-100 160/110-100 is designed for foundry and die-casting machinery, providing precise and reliable actuation for mold clamping, core setting, and part ejection functions. Available with adjustable end cushions and position sensing for integration with PLC control systems. Bore diameter Ø160mm, piston rod diameter Ø110mm, stroke 100mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
