The 34-Inch Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press Upper Ring Cylinder 80/40-680 80/40-680 is specifically designed for tire and rubber vulcanizing press applications. High-temperature seal materials and precision bore geometry maintain consistent clamping force throughout extended cure cycles. Available with position sensing provisions and customised port configurations. Bore diameter Ø80mm, piston rod diameter Ø40mm, stroke 680mm. Materials: barrel — seamless honed steel tube; piston rod — 45# or 40Cr alloy steel, induction hardened Ø0.03-0.05mm oversize then hard chrome plated to Ra≤0.4μm; seals — Parker (USA) or Merkel (Germany) standard. All cylinders are hydraulically pressure-tested before dispatch. Custom bore, stroke, mounting, port position and surface treatment available on request.
